How a teacher manages their classes varies for many different reasons. How a teacher manages their class impacts many young people's lives. This is a great debate between staff (especially new staff and NQTs) on how to control certain students or how to control classes that continually challenge the staff member in different ways.
This new innovative approach can show, via the live streams and recorded sessions, every aspect of classroom management. The platform enables tagging of both strong and weak delivery of lessons, providing highlight reels of strengths and areas for further development. This can help create ideas on how to approach individual teachers performance reviews.
