Conference Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and participation in the EDClass Conference (the "Conference") and its associated services. By registering for and participating in the Conference, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which can be found here. 

1. General Information:

• EDClass: Refers to the owner of the Conference, with its registered office at Aston House, Campbell Way, Dinnington, Sheffield, S25 3QD.
• You: Refers to the individual registering for the Conference and participating in the event.

2. Conditions of Attending:

• Content: The information provided during the Conference is for general educational purposes and may be subject to change without notice.
• Warranties: EDClass offers no guarantees regarding the accuracy, timeliness, or suitability of the information presented during the Conference.
• Liability: You acknowledge the potential for inaccuracies and errors in the Conference and accept full liability for your participation and use of the information presented. While EDClass strives to provide a safe and secure environment, participation in the Conference is at your own risk, and EDClass is not liable for any injuries or damages sustained during the event.
• Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring the Conference and its information meet your specific needs and learning objectives.

3. Intellectual Property:

• The Conference content, materials, and any associated intellectual property are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
• Reproduction, distribution, or unauthorised use of any Conference materials is prohibited.
• Trademarks displayed during the Conference are acknowledged, whether owned by or licensed to EDClass.
• Unauthorised live streaming of the Conference content is strictly prohibited.

4. Filming and Photography:

• By registering for the Conference, you acknowledge and agree that you may be photographed or filmed during the event. This footage may be used for promotional purposes, such as on the EDClass website, social media channels, or future conference materials.
• If you have any concerns or wish to opt out of being filmed or photographed, please contact EDClass at mail@edclass.com. 

5. Additional Terms:

• EDClass reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
• Your continued participation in the Conference following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
• If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

6. Speaker Conduct and Content:

Speakers are expected to maintain a professional and respectful demeanour throughout their presentations. Any expression of political stances or ideologies that could be deemed offensive, divisive, or inappropriate for the educational context of the conference is strictly prohibited. In the event that a speaker violates this policy, EDClass reserves the right to dismiss their payment and remove them from the conference program.
