Sales Support Administrator

We are hiring for a Sales Support Administrator! 

EDClass is committed to safeguarding the welfare of children and young people. As a Sales Support Administrator, you will assist the sales and marketing team in generating interest and converting leads into sales. This role requires a confident and professional individual with a strong background in sales, particularly within the education sector. The successful candidate must be eligible for a DBS check.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with the customer support team and marketing & social media team to generate interest in EDClass products
  • Handle incoming calls and emails from current and potential customers regarding EDClass subscriptions
  • Contact and convert clicks from emails, websites, and social media campaigns into enquiries
  • Encourage potential customers to book product demonstrations
  • Follow up with individuals who have received price proposals to complete their orders
  • Track and update potential customer details on the Zoho Management System
  • Provide management and senior management with data from the Zoho system upon request
  • Manage daily workload, prioritise tasks, and maintain regular contact with potential customers
  • Attend roadshows, events, and conferences to generate leads
  • Organise postal campaigns

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in selling to educational facilities
  • Eligibility for a full and enhanced DBS check
  • Previous experience in a competitive sales position
  • Proven capability of closing sales
  • GCSE Maths and English Level C or above, or equivalent
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to speak to professionals at all levels
  • Intermediate or better understanding of Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to multitask and work flexibly
  • Full clean driving licence
